Embarrassing question--anal tear

Hey guys, here's an embarrassing question, but has anyone suffered a
small tear on their a**hole after changing diet and working out hard?
When i wasn't working out last month, I ate whatever I wanted and lots
of junk food. I had no problems going to the bathroom. In that
"eat-whatever-I-feel-like" diet, I would be going #2 about ever 2 days
or so. However, after I started getting back into the weightlifting
routine the last week, I changed my diet and ate about 5-6 small meals
a day with about 40 grams of protein each. Of course, this means I'm
going #2 about once a day now.
The problem is is that my stool feels real dry when released, as
compared to a more "relaxed/wet" version when defacating the first diet
(the eat whatever diet). It has been hard going to the bathroom, feels
a little too tight (damn this sounds like gay porn). So what happens is
that I noticed a bit of small blood on the stool.
It's obviously my diet, but am I not drinking enough water? Eating
enough greens? I try to balance each meal with enough veggies, meats
and other organic stuff. Also, I've had this problem around last
Christmas when I was training hard with a strict diet.
I am 24 years old, weigh 175 and about 5'9. Not sure if you need those
details, but I figured it could help.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
