You are comparing two conditions: resistance training vs. no training.
That's not fair.

What if we do experiment like this, Under the same amount of resistance
training
calorie restriction with intermittent fasting
vs.
normal meals with calorie restriction
vs.
normal meals with normal calorie

Who is going to live longer and who has more strngth and who has higher LBM?

Does anyone read some experiment like this?
