Real Estate- Myths- You CAN choose your agent!
I am a realtor in Asheville NC, and there is one misconception that I
address each and everyday. I have even lost clients because of
it...........the "rule" that a buyer has to call the person who's name
is on the sign in order to see that particular house.
NO- as a buyer you may choose any Realtor that suites you. Realtors
have lockbox keys, and that means that we can open any house that is
on the market. Forget about calling the one on the sign, call me
directly! LOL
