I just heard on the tv news that Google is going to buy
doubleclick.net, which if you dont already know, is one of the biggest

websites comes from doubleclick. As soon as I heard this, I removed
Google from my list of search engine links.
Why? You have no idea what their business plan is for doubleclick.
For all you know, they might remove the annoying business practice
that doubleclick participates in.
As far as google ads, they are the *least* irritating on the web.
They don't pop up, they're usually relevant to the search criteria,
and they take up very little screen realestate.
