I think that is a standard feature with most MP3 players excluding the IPod
which I believe requires the file to be flagged to allow bookmarks. I know
the iAudio and SanDisk players I have both have the resume feature and a
friend has several other brands that all have the same feature.

If in doubt try to buy the player at a store that will either let you test
it in the store or allow a return for cash or credit card credit without a
restocking fee. If they insist on a restocking fee or return for store
credit, shop elsewhere.
