Yeah... I think it depends upon how much the gasoline station paid for
the last shipment. That's why the smaller, independants get stuck
sometimes. If they don't run through the tank that fast, they may have
to charge more because that's what they paid.

They have largely succeed in controlling or being Government and
bringing about their views.
A small hand full of Global Economic Elite have this power and have
manged to eliminate traditional market forces that serve to keep
consumers and economies viable.
There is no competition in the Oil Industry. There is cooperation to rig
the Market among the Big Five of the Oil Industry. This is racketeering.
This is victimization of Americans and all consumers.
They have limited refinery capacity, not as the result, of any perceived
resistance from Environmentalists but rather to create potential choke
points in supply and thus extort their price.
Big Distributors are following the same book as in the case of northern
Indiana/Michigan.
They former CEO of Exxon and the Industry learned much from Enron
about creating a regulatory black hole that allows them to steal from
our pockets.
