Re: Balance transfers - any experiences?

I only have two credit cards. They frequently increase my limit without my
asking. Note that I always pay on time and I usually pay more than the
minimum payment. Sometimes I will pay 10 times more than the minimum
payment. I recently paid one card down to 0, then they quickly sent me a
letter saying they were increasing my spending limit.

So I guess if you can show that you don't need credit (by your actions),
then you will get more credit than you would ever need.

Hello folks,

I recently received an offer from my creditor about balance transfers but
my credit available is not enough for that (less than $200). Is it
possible to request a credit line increase to make balance transfers?

Does anyone have any experience with that?

Thanks!
Tim
