For nearly five years the Warrens,an elderly couple from Marietta, Ga,
have been battling Orkin Exterminating and its parent, Atlanta-based
Rollins Corporation, in a lawsuit alleging forgery and fraud. Now,
thanks to Cobb County Superior Court Judge J. Stephen Schuster- they
are not alone.
