dealers. Start by contacting the store where you bought the product.
They are required to help you get the rebate. If they do not help,

Im not sure the store even knows about the rebate.

The rebate form was inside the dvd package, its through Warner
Brothers, so it wasnt a store specific rebate (like most rebates are)
