If you keep your check register (either the paper one in your
checkbook or an electronic one in a program like Microsoft Money)
up-to-date, and enter every transaction into the register at the same
time you enter it online, you'll have no problems.

If you balance your checkbook and subtract every check as you

"trick" you into overdrafts?
Actual, that is not totally correct.
In the U,S. if you use a Check Card with either a MasterCard or Visa
symbol.
Some places will double the authorization. You got to make sure you
have double the money plus $5.00 before you make a purchase.
