While it is fine to vent here, have you filed a complaint with the FTC
or BBB?? I find both VERY helpful in these instances and it sure looks
like you have a valid complaint.

That said, I too get frustrated with the Sprint service area. Many a
time I have been in a major city and had a call drop with no
explanation. Drives me nuts.
