Eminent domain and N.O.

Intersting thought.

Based on the Supreme Court's decision as to land grabbing legally, wouldn't it be within the definition of "the greater good" if the state simply seized all the land below sealevel in N.O. and flooded it.

That would save lives in the future (when the next flood/hurricane strikes, would save us all a lot of money and would result in growth on higher ground.
