Like the rest of General Motors, GMAC (owner and controller of
Ditech.com) is choking on its own greed, and the fall of GM will be
like the corporate equivalent of a tsunami. The high-pressure sales
tactics are modelled on car dealership practice, which is to pay on
commission, and dump the salesmen that don't have really high stats. It
gives high short-term results at the expense of customer goodwill,
shortsighted but that's how GM works.-Jitney
