I"ve had Travelers for my homeowners, auto and liability policies for a
number of years. My rates have _not_ increased greatly from one year to the
next. We had one auto claim (I got rear ended by a guy who also had them as
his insurance company). I had my check in hand within two weeks of the
accident (which was minor). I've been happy with the customer service the
few times I've had to deal with them.
