Gosh, what negative energy from Howard today!
Ramada is not the best. I would suspect your credit card would look at
the confirmation letter and issue a credit. You did the right thing by
contacting them. Also, I have had great success with the BBB. I have
found many business cave and issue refunds when the BBB contacts them.
Good Luck! Also, don't kick yourself for using express checkout. Most
hotels push it on you and urge you to use it. You only followed their
suggestion.
