So, when does all the aid from foreign countries start coming in to help with the Hurricane?

Since the U.S. doles about billions for natural disasters all over the
world, the latest being the Tsunami, where our government got pummeled
by the U.S. Media who claimed we didn't give enough, when does the
billions start coming in from all over the world to help with Katrina?

I'm sure the US media will be as hard on these foreign dictatorships
that we helped, as they were on the US government, right????
