Continued Fraud At Jiffy Lube??

I have a Jiffy Lube near by office and, right or wrong, I use them to
change the oil in my car every 3,000 to 4,000 miles. There is really no
other place nearby to do it quickly and I am not about to drive to the
dealer. If I don't use this place and get it done, who knows when I'll
get to another place.

The problem is, while the staff is normally friendly, they like to skip
parts of their "Signature Service" when they do my oil changes. I get
my car back and my exterior windows haven't been washed nor has the
interior been vacummed, both of which are SUPPOSED to be included in a
standard oil change. Heck, there could be other items they are
skipping (filling washer fluid, etc.) but I don't have time to check
every single little item.

However, they always marked these undone items as "COMPLETED" on the
bill. Which, like it or not, is plain old fraud.

I write Jiffy Lube an e-mail, they sent me a letter of appology and
sent a coupon for a discount on my next service. Then, for a few shots
they seem to do the entire job so all is well. Until today, when they
ONCE AGAIN skipped the window and carpets but marked them completed on
the bill.

Now, these are kids working at the place, so raising a stink there
doesn't do a thing. One would think management would get these repeated
complaints about stores not doing the work and TAKE ACTION. Not just
mail coupons and move on since sooner of later someone could forward
this to consumer protection and it could get messy for them.

Anyone else notice these shortcuts being taken? I know, I know.. I
really need to go somewhere else!
