Outward slanting windows

Yes, there is a good reason windows in airtraffic control towers slant
outward.
and I have seen this in Victorian homes. Rex Roberts says it reduces
glare, stays cleaner and reflects less inside noise.
I slant windows whenever possible. It's good.
