Not much info to go on! But in general terms .............
1) Ventilate.
2) Dehumidfy.
3) Determine source of dampness and get rid of or reduce it as much as
possible.
Sounds as though warm humid 'inside' air is condensing on the cooler
outside walls and cool floor? All warm inside air will contain
humidity; each person breathes out moisture for example. Inside
activities in the workshop or adjacent room may create moisture?
Does the structure lack insulation and vapour barrier?
Is it a warm or cold climate?????
Is it a damp climate?
Is it windy?
