Hi,
Our new shower head/valve works well. Only problem that I have with
the unit is that it does not allow adjustment of the amount of water
flow (just temperature). So, our kids are emtying the hot water heater
(and my wallet). I also feel that it uses too much water in general
(we are under water restructions here).
Can anyone point me to something like a water restriction disk?
Perhaps this would be something like a stainless washer with a little
hole in it that I can put in the shower head screw on fitting?
Actually, a set of perhaps three or four disks with various inside
diameters would be good so that I could test them for what I consider
an acceptable water flow.
I appreciate your thoughts or suggestions on this.
Regards,
Brcobrem
I see that this is unresponded to, so I will take a shot. You might try a stainless washer with a little hole in it. (Sorry, I did not resist that...) What I was really thinking was that the shower head usually has a screen in the line that one cleans out from time to time when the flow lessens. Perhaps you can put some pebbles in upstream of that screen to get in the way of the flow.
