I'm wondering if anyone here has ever ordered slip covers from
cratefurniture.com. , other wise known as Homespun Home fashions. I've
ordered my covers 3 months ago and was told it would take 6 weeks to
get them since they were a custom fabric. Since then, when I call, I
get an answering machine. I leave a message. I have had a computer
call me back telling me to reorder because the fabric is no longer
available. I try to call the ordering department and get an answering
machine. No one returns my calls. Has anyone here ever ordered from
them before?

Well, you did not pay in advance did you? If you
provided a credit card number, you can get the
credit card co. to follow up on your behalf.

Hi Don,
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I actually paid when I placed the order.
I tricked them into calling my cell phone yesterday by not leaving my
name and saying that I needed to place an order. I told the lady that
I wanted a refund. She replied that it would take 3 weeks. Today I
need to call my credit card company. Thanks for that advice. I did
find out that they are an actual company, but just have extremely poor
service. I myself, own a hardwood lumber company and ship products all
over the country and know how important it is to maintain impecible
relations with customers. I would never treat my customers that way.
I'd be out of business. Anyway, lesson learned, that's what google's
for. Thanks again, Jana
