He says after the husband said he would split
the costs, the wife then said they would not and that was BEFORE the
work was done. So, the position had already changed before he went
ahead with the survey.
Ah -- I missed that. On that basis, I believe much more strongly that
going to court is futile *and* will poison relations with the
neighbors.
