Beware of shady real estate agent!

Unscrupulous Real-estate agent Joe Delrocco has zero interest in his
clients welfare. His one and only priority is the percentage he makes
on a sale and he will lie, mis-represent and BS anyone in attempts to
increase/receive it, ultimately at your expense. Joe Delrocco is
nothing more that a glorified used car salesman. Thankfully this
became perfectly clear before we signed on any property and we were
able to cut all ties with him. Steer clear of this guy, he's a
shyster. Just wanted to put out a public buyers warning for the
central Fl area.
