Home with faults

Recently I have seen a home up for sale in Tempe Arizona through
Realty Executives.
The MLS# is: 2663934
The address is:
1041 E EL Freda Rd
Tempe AZ 85284

I notice no pictures on the realtors site and this alway is peculiar if
it is an existing home and in this case, not a particularly pretty home
as well. And since the asking is 625,000. LOOK OUT!!!
IF anyone needs pictures, I would be glad to furnish since I have
driven by and looked.
