So is das. Alle ATmegas >= 16 K haben JTAG (Ausnahmen: ATmega103
und 163: zu alt, ATmega168: ist ein 48/88 mit mehr ROM).

So? Tiny2313 gibt's nicht mehr?

Praktisch alle neuen AVRs, die kein JTAG haben, haben dW. Heißt
das, es sind jetzt keine kleinen AVRs mehr lieferbar?

Oder gehst du nur von Reichelt aus?

Oder, das, was wahrscheinlich alle tun: für die Entwicklung braucht
man sowieso mehr Platz als für das fertige Teil (Debug-Informationen
aller Art wollen untergebracht sein), also nimmt man ein Teil mit JTAG
und skaliert anschließend runter, nachdem der Code ,steht'. Dann weiß
man ja auch erst, wie viel ROM man nun wirklich braucht.

Nein. Das sind JTAG ICE mkI Clones, da gehörte nicht viel dazu.
Einen solchen Clone kann man sich auf 'nem STK500 mit einem ATmega16
zusammenstöpseln, wenn man will. Einziges zusätzliches Bauteil ist
der 7.3... MHz Quarz.

Das JTAG ICE mkII (das dW kann) ist um einiges aufwändiger, und selbst
falls es mal jemand clonen wird, werden die Clones nicht nur 'n Appel
und 'n Ei kosten wie beim mkI.
