tar ist ein Dateityp (tape archive), der aus der Unix-Welt stammt.
IIS ist der Internet Information Server von Microsoft, ein
Webserver, der in direkter Konkurrenz zum freien Webserver apache
aus der Unix-Ecke (auch Linux)-Ecke stammt.

Daraus hat Arnold einen kleinen humorvollen Insiderscherz gebastelt.
Unix gegen Microsoft.. klar?
