nein eben nicht, das geht nicht über einen proxy, sondern dem router
wird quasi vorgegaukelt dass auf dem gegenüber der udp-port offen ist
(beim gegenüber das selbe in grün). sprich:

1. A srcport: 1234 -> B destport: 4321
d.h. Router von A meint dass bei B ne verbindung aufgebaut werden soll.
2. B srcport: 4321 -> A destport: 1234
d.h. Router von A fühlt sich bestätigt, die "verbindung" ist da
3. A srcport: 1234 -> B destport: 4321
d.h. Router von B fühlt sich auch bestätigt

so in *etwa* geht es, ist sehr ungenau beschrieben, jedenfalls völlig
ohne proxys.
