Das duerfte dann wie bei der Eigenheimzulage bei den Immobilien-
preisen dazu fuehren, dass die Lebenshaltungskosten entsprechend
steigen und 1500 EUR praktisch ueberhaupt nichts mehr wert sind.

Ausser einer extremen Teuerungsrate in den Jahren nach dieser
Einfuehrung sehe ich da keinen sonderlichen positiven Effekt
auf irgendwas.

Bedeutet das, dass Du die Armut eines gewissen Prozentsatzes der
Bevölkerung für notwendig erachtest, um die Inflation auf einem
niedrigen Niveau zu halten?
NAIRP (Non-accelerating Inflation Rate of Poorness)

Ähnlich wie das Konzept NAIRU (Non-accelerating Inflation Rate of
Unemployment), nach dem es einen "optimalen" Prozentsatz von
Arbeitslosen gäbe, bei der eine relative Preisstabilität gegeben ist.

Gibt es eigentlich einen speziellen Grund, warum Du auf den
Bericht verweist, oder fandest Du die Ueberschrift einfach
nur toll?

Ich bin jetzt nicht der Verweiser auf diesen Artikel, aber der Ansatz
eines bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens steht der Harz4-Massnahme
diametral gegenüber und ist schon deswegen interessant.
