Nein, nicht notwendigerweise. Das hängt vom Treiber ab. Bei
VIA-Netzwerkschnittstellen kann man z.B. aus diversen Optionen wählen.
Wenn man "OS controlled" wählt, dann geht die Hardware aus, wenn man
Windows normal herunterfährt, bleibt aber an, wenn man Windows in den
Ruhezustand schickt.
