Ich hab bisher den Support von IBM im bekanntenkreis erlebt, mehr Erfahrungen mit Markengeräten im Notebook-Bereich liegen leider nicht vor, Medion (die 6 Wochen für ein kaputtes BIOS bei einem Bekannten gebraucht haben) und Gericom zähl ich nicht zu Markenherstellern.
