iBook iTunes und Weitergabe von Büchern



Hallo,

ich habe ein Buch im iTunes Store gekauft und dieses auf meinem iPad
ausgelesen. Nun möchte ich das Buch meinem Vater geben, damit er dieses
auf seinem iPad lesen kann.
Ist das Illegal?
Verletze ich damit die Verlagsrechte?
Kann ich einfach die Datei nehmen und auf das iTunes meines Vaters
"werfen"?
Sollte ich es nicht dürfen, darf ich das überhaupt "nicht dürfen"? Ist
das nicht "mein" Buch?
Da stellt sich gleich die nächste Frage, meine ganzen gekauften Apps,
kann ich bei "nichtgefallen" sicher auch nicht weiter verkaufen, oder?
