Nein. Dein *erstes* Posting war in Latin-1, das *zweite* in UTF-8.
Warum Du mitten drin das Encoding deines Newsreaders umstellst, kannst
nur Du wissen.

Nein. Mit Encodings ist immer nur alles gut, wenn alle alles richtig
machen. Und dann ist es egal, ob man UTF-8 oder Latin-1 benutzt.
