Woher sollen wir wissen, welcher Dienst in deinem System diesen Port

Technik ist leider noch nicht so weit entwickelt und ausgereift.

Da mußt du schon Netstat oder besser TCPView von www.Sysinternals.com
fragen und stelle mal ein paar Überlegungen an, ob dieser Dienst von dir
überhaupt benötigt wird.
