It means: "New RAM memory due to change-over to larger (probably in Bit,
not the mechanical size) components (probably chips or modules) (here
should be a dot or something) Comes from Apple Mac Book Pro"
In my opinion it sounds like an offer (like on ebay) from somebody who
increased the RAM of an Apple Mac Book Pro by replacing the "old"
(probably original) RAM modules by ones with higher capacity and is now
trying to sell the "old" ones.
