Es hat keinen, denn Multitasking gibt es beim iPhone (3G) by design nicht.

Das OS kann lediglich installierte Applikationen nach ihrem Status befragen;
so wird z.B. die Anzeige von neuen Updates (App Store), SMS und E-Mails auf
dem Home Screen (Desktop) realisiert. Wird der Home-Button betätigt, wird
die laufende Applikation beendet; für das Wiederherstellen des vorherigen
Zustands beim Start ist die App selbst zuständig (was mehr oder weniger gut
gelingt -- der Safari z.B. vergisst das zuletzt ausgewählte Fenster nach
einem Reboot).

Das fehlende Multitasking kann man jedoch als Vorteil dieses Designs sehen,
denn so werden nicht ständig (die vergleichsweise spärlichen) Ressourcen für
Hintergrundprozesse verbraten.

Zudem die Oberfläche ohnedies kein sinnvolles Multitasking ermöglichen würde (IMO).
