AppArmor. Oder man läßt das Programm auf Windows laufen, wo es diese
Einschränkung nicht gibt.

Für Bastler eignet sich auch der Ansatz, einen root-Prozeß das accept
machen zu lassen und dann den Deskriptor über einen UNIX Domain Socket
an die JVM weiterzuleiten. Wegen der Verwurzelung der Java-APIs in der
Windows-Welt ist das aber ein ziemlicher Aufwand.
