Kenne ich keinen, aber an sollte ISO-8859-15 nicht unerwaehnt lassen im
Zusammenhang mit ANSI (was ja Cp1252 auf Westeuropäischem Windows ist und
das Euro enthaelt 0x80 vs. 0xA4)
