Festplatte wird nicht erkannt

Hallo!

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Notebook (Toshiba Satellite 2410-404)
und weiss nicht mehr so recht weiter...
Und zwar wird die Festplatte nicht mehr erkannt. Ich starte das
Notebook, dann wird mir ewig lang das Toshiba Logo angezeigt bis
endlich eine Fehlermeldung auftritt. Während dessen geht das Laempchen
für die Anzeige Festplattenaktivitaet nie an.
Die Fehlermeldung lautet
"Intel Boot Agent Version 4.1.06
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-MOF: Exiting Intel Boot Agent.
Insert system disk in drive.
Press any key when ready...."
Naja, Windows CD, formatieren usw bringen nichts, da auch da die
Festplatte nicht erkannt wird.
Also habe ich mal im BIOS nachgeschaut unter Drives I/O: "HDD = No
Drive" !

Na klasse... und was kann ich jetzt noch machen?
Die Garantie ist schon abgelaufen, das Notebook wurde aber auch schon
während der Garantie 4 oder 5 mal (weiss schon gar nicht mehr genau)
zu Toshiba eingeschickt. Und immer wenn es dort ankam, hat es wieder
funktioniert - die Post schuettelt ihre Paktet wohl ordentlich durch so
dass das Ding dort wieder funktionsfaehig war, ich vermute das da
irgendwo ein Wackelkontakt ist(?).
Motherboard wurde mal ausgetauscht, aber sonst haben die nix gemacht
und ich aergere heute noch damit rum *grml*

Any ideas?
