new sed available, lynx stuff, wget, FAQ updates

I've compiled GNU sed 3.02 and posted it on my site. No biggie, as it
compiled out-of-the-box, but it is another step toward bootstrapping my
toolchain to something more modern.

I tried building a newer version of lynx since the latest I've found for A/UX
is 2.8.3. I could get 2.8.4 and 2.8.5 to compile, but the display was screwed
up - I would see part of the ANSI code displayed at the beginning of every
word that should have had been bolded or underlined. Other times I couldn't
get it to bring up a site at all - it would just fall back to the prompt.
This appears to be due to the terminal type. But sometimes it seems to work
fine! From an xterm on my Mac (TERM=xterm), 2.8.5 appears to work fine. In
the Mac's Terminal (TERM=xterm-color), it doesn't work at all. In
gnome-terminal on a Linux box, it works but the ANSI codes are borked. Any
ideas where I would begin sorting this out? I'd hate to post something that
doesn't work consistently.

Another tool I've been trying to build for A/UX is wget, but no luck so far.

I've been updating the FAQ periodically whenever I discover something new
(which isn't all that often). However, if you're a fan of the text version,
you'll notice that it tracks the HTML version much better now. The newer
releases of Links 2 have regained support for the -dump option, so it is easy
to generate a nicely formatted text file.
