latex2rtf new problem

Just lately (last week or so) I've had a problem with the l2rshell.exe
program on Windows XP: I double click its icon to start it up and it
starts minimized in the taskbar and stays there, despite any clicking
on it to maximize it. It's only just started doing this, it worked
fine before. I can force it to maximize by starting the windows task
manager and right-clicking the latex2rtf application name and
selecting maximize. It seems to run ok once I do this, although the
window is full-screen maximized. Any ideas? I find it so useful to
write a simple latex document then hand it on as rtf to Word users who
don't know any better.
