hyperref: link from a pdf to an anchor inside a local html file

Hi!

With \href{run:SD/A.html}{bla} one can open an html file in a local subdirectory SD from inside some pdf file. But how can I jump to a specific anchor inside this html? \href{run:SD/A.html#b}{bla} doesn't work because the b is just interpreted as some parameter to the standard browser and not as the anchor b inside A.html. Any ideas how to solve this problem?
