I was not talking about Acrobat Reader but Acrobat 3D
I see, sorry about that. Then, of course, Acrobat 3D isn't free
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat3d/
Right now it seems to cost about $700
thatTrue. I have searched www.blender.org and some forums of
transforms any 3D format in U3D.... Anyway, what about blender ??
Is not it a free 3D application ?
people who use blender. The desire to export to PDF and/or
to generate U3D has come up but does not seem to have
resulted in a functional U3D exporter, yet. It is still early days,
as regards U3D.
At least one person seems have written a U3D exporter
for OpenSceneGraph, and OpenSG: sounds like a hopeful
beginning. OpenSceneGraph can import and export many
3d formats, but U3D is not (yet) officially among them...

Christian
