I had some difficulty compiling Beamer slides that work fine on a PC, but not on a Mac. On the Mac, I get what seem to be letter-size pages with the slide down in the bottom left corner.

So far a few hours of scanning documentation and web searching hasn't turned up any mention of this problem.

How do you compile the slides? With pdfLaTeX or via dvi? If you use dvips try setting the pagesize with the -T flag

dvips -T 12.8cm,9.6cm doc.dvi
