latex sources in hardcover

I asked a couple of weeks ago about interest in joining together to produce
a hardcover book of the LaTeX sources. Someone suggested I look into
lulu.com. I did so, and yesterday I received my book. It's a nice hardcover,
lays flat, and it cost about $30 with shipping.

For anyone interested, it's available on lulu.com now (go to www.lulu.com
and search for 'latex sources').

The info there says it's "by Tim Arnold" which is obviously untrue, but the
book itself correctly has no reference to me. The price shown there is the
price for printing from lulu.

I'm pretty happy to have a nice looking book of this great documentation. I
did add a blank page to the pdf so the odd pages come out on the right side.
