Uncommon typography
There are several rarely-used punctuation marks like "asterism",
"irony mark", "doubt mark", "certainty mark" and others (see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irony_mark). Are they available in any of
the existent fonts? How would you create such a symbol (or any other
single nonexistent symbol) in LaTeX?
