I am writing a A5 booklet with LaTeX and the memoir class. At the end of
the booklet I want to include a large image which fills an entire page.
The image is a made in xfig, and is eps+LaTeX (I have a pstex and a
pstex_t file).
The problem is as follows: the image fits on an A5 paper, but it is
larger than the text area. The result is that, if I include the picture
with:
\noindent\input{figure.pstex_t}
a new page is added after the current page (even if the current page is
empty) and on the new page the image is shown. The new page is rotated
clockwise 90 degrees, and appears as landscape.
I have tried enlarging the text area with memoir's \settypeblocksize
command to a size larger than the picture, but this doesn't work: still
a new landscape page is added, but now the image falls off the edge of
the paper.
Shrinking the size of the image is not an option: it is already quite
small because it has to fit on A5.
Does anyone know a possible solution?
size of the image (to fit within the type block)? In such cases, I have
given an image size of 0x0, with centering of the image. Worked perfectly.
Note that you should change the size of the latex box, without clipping.
groenteHoezo? ik weet dat men er te weinig van eet, maar in een tex group ? :)
