dvipdf failure...pls help

Hi all,
I am struggling hard to get a pdf from .eps file
Tex file include diagram.eps, so i could not use latexpdf.

I tried converting tex to dvi using latex & then convert dvi to pdf,
but egtting the following error.
Can anybody pls tell me what is going on?
