see esp. the "PhotoAlbum" tool. Images should be in TIFF format and
have proper resolution information embedded.

Foxit embedded the images at whatever resolution I liked,
I simply fixed the physical size and position.

Oddly enough Foxit can only read BMP, so I saved my tiffs
in 24 bit bmp first.
