We would like scan paper invoices to create pdf files which then get
routed for approval to various people. During the approval process, we
need to collect a couple other pieces of information and would like to
use the form feature. We don't really need to use this data outside of
the document, but we need the ability to capture user input more
formally than a note.
I was hoping I there was an easy way to overlay the form on the
existing pdf so it would be a painless step in creating the pdf for
routing.
Any ideas???
Pdftk, available free from www.accesspdf.com, can overlay a PDF onto another
PDF (background).
