Indeed two main causes for instability (both solved
now):
(a) Doing nothing, the trapu board needs approx 1.4A
including my IO circuitry. But running there are
currents of over 2 amps needed. Supply voltage
dropping below 4.85V here will likely lead to
spontaneous crashes -> Use thick wires and supply
beeing strong enough!
(b) Had ground noise problems in connecting the oscilloscope
leading to reduced reliability if oscilloscope was connected. ->
Solved by proper grounding.
The 10cm of ribbon cable connecting NotMemS0, NotMemS1,
NotMemWR0,... to my piggy back board containing the
IO-circuitry is no problem (Ground on even lines,
signals on odd ones).
